GRC Specialist (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Maintain internal and external trust platforms and support customer due diligence, audits, questionnaires, and security contract reviews.
• Train and guide sales teams on compliance matters and create resources for responding to customer compliance inquiries.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support and improve the GRC program.
• Align company policies, procedures, and controls with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Gather customer feedback, monitor industry trends, and implement program improvements based on regulatory and customer requirements.
• Participate in risk assessment and risk management processes.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience as a cybersecurity or GRC specialist, expert, or consultant.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with ISO 27001 and SOC 2 Type II.
• Experience auditing cloud environments and working with regulators and auditors.
• Experience with GRC tools and project management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly in writing and verbally, manage multiple projects, learn quickly, and work independently.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with NIST, CSA, CAIQ, SIG, GDPR, CCPA, or ISO 27701.
