Lead UI Artist - MONOPOLY GO! What you will do
- Establish and uphold the seasonal UI vision with the Art Director and Product/UX leads.
- Set the quality and technical standards for UI design while evaluating AI-assisted workflows.
- Own and improve UI design-system standards and guideline documentation with UX and Tech Art.
- Manage and mentor the UI discipline, including performance reviews, goal-setting, and team health.
- Participate in hiring and coordinate UI work across production from planning through delivery.
Requirements
- 8+ years of practical UI/design experience in games, preferably mobile, including 3+ years leading and mentoring a team.
- Fluency with AI-assisted creative tools and sound judgment in applying emerging workflows to UI production.
- Experience shipping UI systems for multiple mobile titles in casual or whimsical art styles.
- Expert UI/UX and graphic design skills, including typography, iconography, and interaction design.
- Mastery of Photoshop, Illustrator, and Figma, with the ability to give and receive objective feedback.
Nice to have
- Experience working with brand guidelines and approval pipelines for externally licensed intellectual property.
- Passion for mobile gaming.
