System Analyst with PO Experience (Enterprise Integrations)

Salary: EUR 3150–4800 per month, gross; final compensation depends on experience, location, and professional growth.

What you will do

• Capture, analyze, and document business, user, and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Model business processes with BPMN, design solutions, and build prototypes.
• Own the product vision, goals, success metrics, roadmap, backlog, and priorities.
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders and development teams, lead demos and reviews, and validate delivered increments.
• Monitor KPIs, customer feedback, product performance, risks, dependencies, escalations, and compliance requirements.

Requirements

• 3.5+ years of experience as a System Analyst and experience as a Product Owner.
• Experience with UML, BPMN, Jira, Confluence, and Draw.io.
• Strong SQL skills and experience with PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
• Hands-on experience with REST APIs, SOAP, SFTP, OpenAPI/Swagger, and Postman.
• Understanding of microservices architecture, distributed systems, gRPC, Camunda or similar workflow platforms, ELK Stack, Git, and SDLC.
• English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
