Senior Project Manager (eCommerce)

Location: Hybrid in Katowice or Poznań, Poland, with office attendance averaging four days per week.

Salary: 150–200 PLN net per hour on a B2B contract, depending on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Lead complex eCommerce software projects using Agile methodologies and deliver them on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, project resources, budgets, milestones, risks, and issues.
• Resolve blockers, improve delivery processes, and support teams with limited Agile experience.
• Produce status reports and communicate project progress to stakeholders, sponsors, senior management, and business teams.
• Manage client expectations, resolve escalations diplomatically, and chair meetings and project reviews.
• Support Junior Project Managers and build customer confidence through reliable delivery.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience in software development and eCommerce platform projects, ideally in retail.
• Experience managing re-platforming projects, owning cutover processes, and controlling scope.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, release management, Agile delivery techniques, lean ways of working, and modern software development practices.
• Experience leading teams, managing project budgets and financial reporting, and delivering against strict deadlines.
• Strong negotiation, time management, organisational, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Relevant Project Management qualifications and excellent written and verbal English.
