Learning & Development Coordinator (iGaming)

Location: Tbilisi, Georgia; hybrid work

What you will do

• Coordinate employee training requests with Procurement and external training providers.
• Manage and improve the English learning platform for employees across Flutter CEE.
• Administer e-learning systems, including mandatory training planning, coordination, and reporting.
• Maintain learning data and prepare regular monthly reports.
• Partner with subject matter experts to create engaging e-learning courses.
• Implement the skills management platform and coordinate internal and external training logistics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience in Learning & Development, Training & Development, HR, or a similar role is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and confidence working with learning and training data.
• Experience with e-learning and content creation tools such as Canva, Articulate 360, or similar platforms.
• Good understanding of L&D processes and systems, with confidence using digital learning platforms and emerging AI tools.
• Fluency in English, written and verbal, is required.
