Head of QA (Mobile Games)

Location: On-site in Limassol, Cyprus; relocation support includes visa and housing assistance.

What you will do

• Own and drive the game's quality strategy across the full development lifecycle.
• Build and scale end-to-end QA processes for a rapidly growing live game.
• Cover manual testing, test automation, performance testing, and release quality.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the QA team with clear ownership and effective collaboration.
• Identify systemic quality risks and drive improvements with Development and Product teams.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in game QA, including strong experience as a Head of QA.
• Experience building and scaling QA processes for a live game with a large player base.
• Strong understanding of manual testing, test automation, performance testing, and release quality.
• Experience defining and implementing a product-level QA strategy.
• Strong leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing QA teams.
• English at B1+ level and Russian at C1 level required.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale mobile Unity games, especially multiplayer shooters, survival games, or sandbox games.
