SMM Manager (Fintech)

Location: Remote from Belarus, Georgia, Armenia, or Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Develop and implement SMM strategies for Instagram, YouTube, X, Telegram, LinkedIn, and other major platforms.
• Create and manage content designed to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
• Monitor social media trends and introduce new content formats.
• Use AI tools for creative content generation and content calendar optimization.
• Analyze engagement, reach, and conversion metrics, then adjust campaigns based on the results.
• Collaborate with design, marketing, product teams, and external contractors.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in social media marketing for international markets.
• Experience with Instagram and X, including knowledge of their algorithms and platform-specific features.
• Current portfolio with statistics and examples of Instagram and X posts.
• Upper-Intermediate (B2) English and Russian, with strong conversational skills.
• Experience using AI tools for content planning and analytics.
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and work with metrics and reports; creativity, organization, initiative, multitasking, and adaptability.
