What you will do
- Build and own the user acquisition direction for a live-streaming product.
- Manage acquisition across TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat.
- Scale paid social spend by 2–3x within 3–6 months while maintaining target CPA and ROAS.
- Run a testing roadmap covering creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Collaborate closely with Creative and PMM teams.
- Develop the acquisition channel toward a future UA Team Lead role.
Requirements
- Experience managing user acquisition through TikTok, Meta, and Snapchat.
- Ability to scale social acquisition spend while controlling CPA and ROAS.
- Experience planning and executing tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with creative and product marketing teams.
