What you will do

• Direct and coordinate high-quality animations and promo videos throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain consistent animation quality and world-class standards across projects.
• Interpret animation briefs and feedback, then conceptualize and produce animations.
• Contribute to animation tasks and maintain creative assets while responding to remote direction.
• Add customer value across the creative pipeline from concept through post-production.
• Collaborate with the Chief Concept Creator and Art Director/Lead on gaming products.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial art environment using related tools.
• Advanced understanding of 2D and 3D animation principles and techniques.
• High proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
• Strong English communication skills are required.
• Self-organization, responsibility, flexibility, integrity, and strong teamwork.
• Must be authorized to work in India without current or future visa sponsorship.
