What you will do

• Explore the Almaty market and identify untapped sales opportunities.
• Prospect restaurants and retail stores that align with hirify.global’s platform.
• Build and systematically manage a pipeline of potential partnerships.
• Analyze venue performance to establish profitable business terms.
• Negotiate partnership conditions and collaborate with relevant departments.

Requirements

• Experience communicating in B2B and B2C sales by phone and in the field.
• Strong motivation to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Natural networking, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivation, ownership, ambition, and a proactive approach to acquiring partnerships.
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to participate actively in the company.
• Fluent Kazakh and Russian are required.
