TL;DR
Application Security Service Manager (Cybersecurity) (Secure SDLC and vulnerability management): Strengthening application security capabilities through secure software development, security tooling, vulnerability management, and assurance services with an accent on cross-functional delivery, governance, and developer enablement. Focus on coordinating penetration testing, bug bounty and AI security assessments, reviewing findings, prioritizing remediation, and improving security operations.
Location: Elsbethen, Austria
Minimum salary: EUR 2,535 gross per month; market-oriented compensation is significantly above the stated minimum.

What you will do
- Lead initiatives for secure SDLC, code security, developer enablement, governance, and security tooling.
- Deliver security projects from concept and planning through implementation, rollout, and operational adoption.
- Coordinate stakeholders, vendors, technical experts, budgets, timelines, and governance structures.
- Support vulnerability triage, remediation prioritization, mitigation, tracking, reporting, and KPI management.
- Coordinate penetration testing, bug bounty programs, offensive security, AI security testing, and related assessments.
- Partner with engineering, product, architecture, AI, cloud, infrastructure, and security teams to improve application security services.
Requirements
- University degree in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Informatics, or equivalent experience.
- At least three years of experience in application security, secure software development, DevSecOps, code security, or cybersecurity.
- Fluent English required; German is an advantage.
- Strong understanding of Secure SDLC, SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA, DevSecOps, shift-left practices, vulnerability management, secure coding, penetration testing concepts, and OWASP frameworks.
- Experience coordinating application security services and using platforms such as GitHub, GitLab, Wiz, Halo, Jira, or Intigriti.
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives, managing stakeholders, defining assessment scopes, evaluating remediation approaches, and collaborating with engineering teams.
Nice to have
- German language skills.
- Experience with bug bounty programs, AI security testing, or offensive security services.
