What you will do
- Design training curricula and plan demonstration sessions for robot skill acquisition.
- Onboard users to the full NeuraGym pipeline, including teleoperation, annotation, and deployment.
- Collaborate with robotics engineers to ensure desired behaviors and safety standards during data capture.
- Guide users through model training, identify data quality issues, and resolve learning failures.
- Act as a key interface between trainees and the cloud/AI engineering teams.
- Provide feedback from training sessions to influence the NeuraGym and core AI product roadmaps.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in robot learning or physical AI training.
- Proficiency in Python and practical experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Experience working directly with real robot hardware and teleoperation setups.
- Strong command of English and German (B2–C1 level) is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with C++.
- Cloud experience (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Familiarity with robotic simulation tools such as IsaacSim or MuJoCo.
