TL;DR
Technical Customer Support Consultant (Novapoint/Quadri) (Civil Engineering Software): Supporting civil engineering customers with Novapoint and Quadri through technical troubleshooting, customer training, documentation, and software testing with an accent on infrastructure design workflows and complex software challenges. Focus on analyzing real-world technical issues, creating practical instructional resources, and ensuring reliable software functionality for road, rail, and water infrastructure projects.

Location: Sandvika, Norway; approximately 5% travel required.

What you will do

  • Provide technical support to civil engineering customers by phone, email, and remote access.
  • Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues in Novapoint and Quadri.
  • Create FAQs, best-practice videos, and step-by-step technical guides.
  • Deliver online and classroom training for customers.
  • Test software to support quality and reliable end-user functionality.

Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering at BSc or MSc level, or equivalent practical industry experience.
  • Hands-on experience with hirify.global civil software, specifically Novapoint and/or Quadri.
  • Practical experience with road, rail, or water and wastewater infrastructure design.
  • Excellent written and verbal Norwegian and good English communication skills.
  • Service-oriented approach, strong problem-solving ability, and capacity to learn and adapt quickly.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of Scandinavian design standards and workflows.
  • Experience delivering software training or creating technical instructional content.
  • Swedish language proficiency.
