Recruiting Coordinator (AI)

Location: Almaty, Kazakhstan. Fully onsite in the Almaty office five days per week for the full working day.

What you will do

• Schedule recruiter screens, hiring manager interviews, technical interviews, panels, and final rounds.
• Coordinate complex interview loops across multiple teams and time zones, including rescheduling and last-minute changes.
• Manage candidate communications, confirmations, preparation materials, follow-ups, and onsite interview logistics.
• Maintain accurate candidate records, stages, sources, notes, statuses, and scorecards in Ashby.
• Partner with recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers to manage pipelines, collect feedback, and prepare interview materials.
• Support offer approvals, onboarding handoffs, recruiting documentation, pipeline reviews, and workflow standardization or automation.

Requirements

• Highly organized and exceptionally detail-oriented.
• Comfortable managing multiple simultaneous processes and calendar changes.
• Strong written communication skills in English and Russian.
• Professional communication skills with senior candidates and executives.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Experience with Ashby and LinkedIn Recruiter.
