What you will do

• Create 2D and 3D animations and promotional videos throughout the production cycle.
• Maintain consistent animation quality and visual standards across project teams.
• Interpret animation briefs and feedback, then conceptualize and produce high-quality animations.
• Manage animation assignments and collaborate with the creative production group.
• Make timely revisions in response to direction and feedback.
• Contribute across concept, pre-production, production, and post-production while continuously improving the creative pipeline.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a commercial art environment using related tools.
• Advanced knowledge of 2D and 3D animation skills and animation principles.
• Proficiency with Adobe After Effects, Maxon Red Giant Trapcode, Esoteric Spine, Autodesk 3DS Max, and Maya.
• Good English communication skills.
• Strong self-organization, adaptability, flexibility, integrity, and organizational behavior.
