TL;DR
Integration Architecture and Governance Architect (Enterprise Integration/AI): Defining enterprise integration strategy, architecture standards, governance frameworks, and reusable patterns across API, messaging, streaming, MFT, iPaaS, SAP, and cloud-native domains with an accent on architecture authority, risk control, and service delivery leadership. Focus on governing complex integration assessments and proofs of concept, modernizing governance through automation and AI-assisted engineering, and leading globally distributed architecture teams.

What you will do
- Define and evolve the Enterprise Application Integration strategy, architecture principles, reference architectures, guardrails, and target-state direction.
- Lead architecture governance through design and code reviews, test validation, risk assessments, compliance checks, approval gates, and exception management.
- Assess integration requests and provide recommendations for platform selection, integration patterns, security, non-functional requirements, and solution documentation.
- Sponsor proofs of concept and convert successful outcomes into reusable templates, reference implementations, and knowledge assets.
- Drive innovation in workflow automation, AI-assisted engineering, AI-enabled compliance, integration tooling, and governance modernization.
- Lead architects, consultants, and analysts while managing service quality, risks, dependencies, KPIs, reporting, and stakeholder expectations.
Requirements
- 7–10 years of enterprise integration architecture experience and 7–10 years leading integration architecture organizations, governance functions, or Centers of Excellence.
- Experience with APIs, messaging, event streaming, MFT/B2B, iPaaS, SAP integration, cloud integration, API-led architecture, event-driven architecture, and hybrid integration.
- Deep expertise in at least one strategic integration platform and working knowledge of several other platforms in scope.
- Experience establishing architecture principles, enterprise standards, reference architectures, reusable patterns, technology roadmaps, and KPI-driven governance frameworks.
- Executive-level consulting, facilitation, negotiation, stakeholder management, portfolio, capacity, risk, and financial management skills.
- Experience leading globally distributed teams and multi-region service delivery, with knowledge of DevSecOps, security architecture, observability, resilience, and service management.
