Integration Architecture and Governance Senior Analyst (Java/Python)

What you will do

• Lead discovery and requirements analysis for enterprise integration requests, assessing data flows, dependencies, security, connectivity, error handling, observability, and operational support.
• Recommend integration platforms, patterns, and solution options across APIs, messaging, streaming, MFT/B2B, SAP, and iPaaS technologies.
• Conduct architecture, design, code, test-results, and technical risk reviews, documenting findings, approval recommendations, exceptions, and remediation actions.
• Design and develop proofs of concept for middleware patterns, technologies, and complex integration scenarios, then present production-readiness recommendations.
• Create reusable templates, reference implementations, integration standards, checklists, review guides, and technical knowledge assets.
• Support technology evaluation, governance automation, AI-assisted engineering, ServiceNow and JIRA tracking, Power BI reporting, and day-to-day technical guidance for analysts.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in enterprise integration, middleware engineering, integration solution architecture, or governance.
• Deep hands-on expertise in at least one strategic integration platform and working knowledge of multiple related technologies.
• Experience designing enterprise-grade integrations across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments, including development, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Strong knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, XML, XSD, OAuth, SFTP, messaging, event-driven architecture, integration security, API-led architecture, DevSecOps, observability, and resilience.
• Proficiency in Java and/or Python, with the ability to develop proofs of concept, reference architectures, reusable templates, and technical standards.
• Experience with ServiceNow and JIRA, plus strong documentation, analytical, facilitation, communication, and mentoring skills.

Nice to have

• PowerShell or JavaScript experience.
• Exposure to Power BI or comparable reporting tools.
