Staff Mobile Engineer (Flutter)

What you will do

• Lead development of mobile applications with Flutter and Dart, applying practices that improve performance and maintainability.
• Design scalable mobile architectures and implement platform-specific enhancements with Swift or Kotlin.
• Manage App Store Connect, Google Play, Firebase, Apple certificates, provisioning profiles, and code-signing repositories across markets.
• Triage crashes and incidents, manage Crashlytics thresholds, make hotfix decisions, and act as the escalation point.
• Modernize the mobile technology stack, improve engineering efficiency, and enhance app performance, usability, and code quality.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior and mid-level mobile engineers while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of professional mobile app development experience, including 3+ years with Flutter and Dart.
• Proficiency in Swift or Kotlin; experience with both is strongly preferred.
• Experience designing scalable and maintainable mobile application architectures.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Familiarity with state management solutions such as Provider, Riverpod, or Bloc, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing frameworks.
