CG Supervisor (On-Site)

What you will do

• Oversee the artistic and technical execution of CG departments across multiple productions.
• Partner with production, department heads, supervisors, and art direction to set priorities and resolve workflow challenges.
• Lead collaboration across modeling, rigging, animation, FX, shot finaling, lighting, and compositing.
• Identify production risks and develop solutions that balance creative goals, schedules, budgets, and quality.
• Improve workflows and collaborate with pipeline and technical teams on new tools and production technologies.
• Mentor artists and supervisors and support hiring, onboarding, performance reviews, and professional development.

Requirements

• Extensive CG production supervision experience in animation, visual effects, or gaming.
• Advanced knowledge of CG production pipelines and cross-department workflows.
• Strong understanding of modeling, rigging, animation, FX, lighting, compositing, rendering, and dynamic simulation workflows.
• Advanced proficiency with Autodesk Maya and Foundry Nuke.
• Working knowledge of Python scripting for production pipelines.
• Proven leadership, communication, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
