Product Owner

hirify.global is a global company creating end-to-end tech products for clients across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing.

Overview

The Product Owner will manage the product backlog, define sprint objectives, and review work done by the development team. They will also provide effective communication to stakeholders and participate in OKR planning.

What you will do

• Manage and prioritize the product backlog based on business objectives.
• Define sprint objectives and goals.
• Review and approve the work done by the development team.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders, ensuring alignment on decisions and strategies.
• Refine backlog items with the team before sprint planning.
• Create and maintain epics, stories, use cases, and edge cases.

Requirements

• At least 3 years as a Product Owner or similar role (Business Analyst, System Analyst).
• Technical understanding of requirements lifecycle, product backlog management, and product development architecture.
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile development methodologies.
• Proficient in English.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
• Organizational and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Coding and designing skills.
• PSPO level 1 or similar professional certification.
