Tech Lead - Backend Delivery (Go)

What you will do

• Lead the technical execution of reliability and developer experience for the Backend Delivery platform team.
• Build self-service infrastructure, developer tooling, CI/CD systems, observability solutions, build pipelines, and shared multi-tenant clusters.
• Mentor and guide engineers, hire and onboard employees, and support long-term career development.
• Collaborate with backend services, game server infrastructure, data analytics, and anti-cheat teams to define and deliver platform improvements.
• Make architectural decisions for scalable backend and infrastructure systems, including player progression and matchmaking platforms.
• Improve monitoring, automated testing, performance profiling, release reliability, and development automation.

Requirements

• Proven software engineering and architectural leadership experience with large-scale systems.
• Experience in a fast-paced engineering organization working with CI, scalability, and automation.
• Experience collaborating with diverse technical and product partners and communicating trade-offs.
• Strong leadership, mentoring, communication, collaboration, and initiative-taking skills.
• Professional English communication skills.
