Community Lead (Seoul) (Hospitality and Community Operations): Delivering an elevated member experience at a WeWork location through member engagement, onboarding, events, sales support, and building operations with an accent on relationship management, personalized service, and operational standards. Focus on resolving member issues, hosting community events, coordinating move-ins and tours, and responding to building safety and security situations.
Location: Seoul, Republic of Korea; onsite with daily attendance at the building

What you will do
- Engage with members, manage account conversations, monitor feedback, and resolve service issues.
- Coordinate pre-move-in meetings, new member orientations, onboarding materials, and move-out interviews.
- Support sales through building tours, prospective member handoffs, and tailored space presentations.
- Plan and host weekly social events, support value-driving events, and evaluate attendance and member impact.
- Conduct building walkthroughs, coordinate cleaning and operational services, and manage keys and keycard inventory.
- Prepare incident reports, respond to emergencies and security alerts, and escalate recurring building issues.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- 2+ years of hospitality experience.
- Proficiency in the local language and understanding of local culture are required.
- Excellent interpersonal, networking, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Strong organization skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects from start to finish.
- Ability to continually build and grow professional relationships.
