Executive Director, Corporate FP&A (Finance): Leading global FP&A across long-range planning, budgeting, forecasting, performance management, and strategic decision support with an accent on predictive analytics, AI-enabled forecasting, R&D portfolio evaluation, and capital allocation. Focus on building integrated planning and reporting standards, scaling finance technology and dashboards, evaluating clinical and therapeutic investments, and guiding a high-performing global FP&A team.
Location: Hybrid in Bridgewater, New Jersey, United States. Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States; employment eligibility is verified through E-Verify.
Base pay: $294,483–$386,511 USD annually, plus performance-based bonus and/or equity for eligible roles.

What you will do
- Lead long-range planning, annual budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning across the enterprise.
- Provide strategic decision support to the CFO, executive leadership team, and Board on profitability, cash flow, capital allocation, investments, M&A, and performance.
- Develop KPI frameworks, dashboards, driver-based analyses, management reports, and business review materials.
- Advance predictive analytics, AI-enabled forecasting, scenario modeling, cost analytics, and automated decision-support tools.
- Lead the FP&A technology roadmap and establish governance for planning assumptions, data quality, reporting, and analytics processes.
- Support R&D pipeline, clinical, regulatory, collaboration, and therapeutic-area investment decisions while building and mentoring a global FP&A team.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or a related quantitative discipline.
- 10–15 years of progressive finance or FP&A experience, including team leadership and strategic support for CFO or C-suite stakeholders.
- Experience with long-range planning, profitability improvement, capital efficiency, investment evaluation, M&A support, dynamic forecasting, scenario planning, automation, and operational improvement.
- Relevant R&D finance experience involving development portfolios, clinical or regulatory teams, resource allocation, investment evaluation, and financial governance is preferred.
- Advanced proficiency with ERP, BI, and financial planning systems, plus predictive analytics, AI/ML-enabled forecasting, scenario modeling, and data visualization.
- English required; additional languages may be preferred depending on regional responsibilities.
Nice to have
- MBA, CFA, CPA, or equivalent advanced qualification.
- Experience with Lean or Agile process improvement and digital project management frameworks.
