What you will do
- Monitor the technical and physical security of offices and facilities.
- Administer, configure, and maintain UniFi access control and Ajax intrusion alarm systems.
- Monitor, install, configure, diagnose, and maintain CCTV systems and related equipment.
- Prepare equipment layout plans and proposals for security system upgrades.
- Coordinate procurement, repairs, and maintenance with suppliers and contractors.
- Manage equipment inventories, technical documentation, system diagrams, fault logs, and work records.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with CCTV, access control, intrusion alarm systems, cameras, sensors, readers, controllers, and related equipment.
- Experience with UniFi Access or similar systems, Ajax or other intrusion alarm systems, and NVR/VMS platforms.
- Knowledge of security system architecture, ONVIF, RTSP, video storage, archive management, configuration backup, and recovery.
- Basic networking knowledge, including IP addressing, LAN, PoE, VLAN, TCP/IP, and Linux skills.
- Ability to diagnose technical faults, prepare equipment layout diagrams, maintain inventories and documentation, and coordinate technical work independently.
- English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and communication with suppliers.
