Associate Design Director, Experiential

What you will do

• Lead the creative development and execution of spatial and 3D design elements for medium- to large-scale projects.
• Develop user journeys, moodboards, sketches, accurate 3D models, polished renderings, physical environments, interactive installations, and digital components.
• Generate brand-relevant design ideas and present design deliverables to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with graphic designers, spatial designers, art directors, writers, producers, and account managers.
• Lead site visits and surveys, and partner with fabrication vendors on drawings, materials, costs, and shop visits.
• Manage design execution during load-ins and installations, including props, furniture, decor, and physical and digital touchpoints.

Requirements

• 7–9 years of experience in experiential, exhibition, or spatial design.
• Degree or substantial experience in architecture, interior design, environmental or exhibition design, graphic design, or a related field.
• Portfolio demonstrating hands-on development of brand experiences from concept through execution.
• Expertise in 3D modeling software such as SketchUp, Rhino, or Cinema 4D, plus confidence with 2D drafting and technical drawings.
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and other Creative Suite tools.
• Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, organization, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Figma.
• Interest in premium hospitality, sports, and entertainment activations.
• Strong understanding of materials, design language, merchandise, and decor.
