Video Editor Intern (AI)

Location: Paris, France — on-site

Compensation: €1.5K per month

hirify.global is building an AI-powered personal finance and investing platform for tracking assets, managing budgets, investing, and learning.

What you will do

• Derush and prepare raw footage for the senior editing team.
• Edit recurring formats, including intros, standard segments, and shorts or reels adaptations.
• Handle exports, file organization, naming conventions, and project hygiene across the production pipeline.
• Use and improve AI-assisted workflows for asset generation, transcription, and repetitive production steps.
• Contribute ideas on pacing, sound design, motion, and thumbnails.

Requirements

• Solid Adobe Suite fundamentals; Premiere Pro is required.
• AI-first mindset with existing use of AI in editing workflows.
• Strong rigor and reliability, including clean project files, consistent naming, and meeting deadlines.
• Good editorial taste and understanding of cuts, pacing, and sound.
• Humility and drive, with the ability to execute repetitive editing tasks to a high standard.
• French is required; working proficiency in English is required.

Nice to have

• After Effects experience.
