What you will do

• Drive the commercial growth of existing retail partners.
• Manage a portfolio of retail partners and create value for partners, customers, couriers, and hirify.global.
• Analyze performance data to identify opportunities and recommend tailored campaigns.
• Provide consultation to improve partner results and support expansion opportunities.
• Maintain strong relationships as the primary contact for assigned accounts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals and optimize partner performance.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in account development, retail operations, or sales.
• Strong analytical thinking, strategic mindset, and numerical ability to interpret complex data.
• Experience with stakeholder management and process implementation.
• Proactive, structured, detail-oriented, and ownership-driven approach.
• Fluent English is required.
