Senior AI Applied Software Engineer (iOS)

What you will do

• Design, build, and maintain capabilities for the hirify.global Mobile Platform in collaboration with Principal Engineers.
• Develop SDKs and libraries for Identity and Authentication journeys used across retail, business, and wealth banking applications.
• Write clean, performant, maintainable Swift code using native Apple frameworks and modern iOS technologies.
• Translate complex business requirements into technical designs and production-ready implementations.
• Automate testing and maintain at least 80% unit test coverage using XCTest and XCUITest.
• Explore and apply AI tools and agentic frameworks for code generation, test automation, developer productivity, and product capabilities.

Requirements

• 6+ years of professional experience in native iOS development.
• Strong Swift proficiency and practical Objective-C experience.
• Experience developing applications in fintech, banking, or payments.
• Expertise in iOS architecture and frameworks such as MVVM, VIPER, Clean Architecture, SwiftUI, UIKit, Combine, or RxSwift.
• Experience with RESTful APIs, GraphQL, asynchronous programming, mobile security, Keychain, biometrics, and Git.
• Experience or strong interest in AI/ML tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor AI, and Xcode AI.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of mobile application security and data encryption standards.
• Experience with Swift Package Manager or CocoaPods.
• Familiarity with Firebase, Crashlytics, mobile analytics, and A/B testing.
• Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, Bitrise, or GitHub Actions.
• Published iOS applications on the Apple App Store.
