TL;DR
BI - Data Analyst (Manufacturing) (Business Intelligence, manufacturing analytics): Designing reports and transforming operational data into actionable information for moulding and manufacturing operations with an accent on process analysis, efficiency improvement, and collaboration between IT and operations. Focus on building BI solutions, identifying opportunities for operational streamlining, and supporting local analytics projects.
Location: Tan Uyen, Binh Duong, Vietnam; hybrid work with an average of 3 days per week in the office

What you will do
- Design and build reports supporting manufacturing operations.
- Map and analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities enabled by Business Intelligence tools.
- Collect data and transform it into actionable information for Manufacturing Operations.
- Act as a liaison between IT development teams and Moulding Operations.
- Drive and support local BI and analytics projects, including efficiency improvements in moulding areas.
- Identify development needs that can streamline operations and improve efficiency and profitability.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in a Business Intelligence or analytics role.
- Knowledge of SQL, Microsoft Excel, and data visualization.
- Experience with R or Python for statistical programming.
- Critical thinking and presentation skills.
- Fluent English in writing and speaking is required.
- Willingness to travel occasionally and provide time-flexible support for weekend shifts when needed.
