Location: Salzburg or Vienna, Austria; hybrid work with regular access to hirify.global office and studio spaces. Start: October 2026.

Salary: EUR 45,000 gross annual starting salary for full-time employment in Austria, with offers reflecting additional experience and skills.

What you will do

• Plan and execute high-end studio and on-location photo productions from creative concept through final asset delivery.
• Design advanced lighting setups that showcase vehicle design, materials, paint finishes, and craftsmanship.
• Translate creative concepts into premium campaign and always-on automotive photography.
• Direct models and talent to create lifestyle imagery aligned with each brand’s identity.
• Collaborate with producers, content strategists, social brand teams, videographers, editors, and clients.
• Oversee image selection, grading, retouching handovers, equipment readiness, and production workflows while mentoring junior photographers.

Requirements

• Extensive experience producing world-class imagery for luxury automotive brands.
• Expert knowledge of automotive composition, reflections, color, styling, and image consistency.
• Advanced professional lighting and studio production skills.
• Hands-on experience with Photoshop, Lightroom, and Capture One.
• English is the main language of the international workplace.
• Willingness to travel as required for productions and contribute to integrated photo and video projects.
