Senior Site Reliability Engineer (Capacity) - Platform Infrastructure

Location: Spain

Salary: €76,000–€101,800 EUR per year base salary, with no variable compensation.

What you will do

• Assess current and future capacity requirements and maintain models that predict resource needs.
• Develop proactive measures to prevent capacity shortages and infrastructure bottlenecks.
• Optimize compute resource usage across hirify.global Cloud environments.
• Analyze capacity metrics and trends and build reporting tools for capacity and performance visibility.
• Operate and optimize autoscaling across more than 60 hirify.global Cloud regions.
• Collaborate with control plane, platform engineering, and development teams on scaling best practices.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and capacity management.
• Knowledge of performance monitoring, optimization, and cloud scaling techniques.
• Experience investigating incidents and troubleshooting infrastructure issues.
• Experience with compute autoscaling and capacity reservations across the three major cloud service providers.
• Strong software and platform engineering background.
