Executive Business Partner (AI)

Location: San Francisco, United States; hybrid with 3+ days per week in the San Francisco office, Tuesday–Thursday

Base salary: $170K–$200K per year, depending on experience.

What you will do

• Manage complex executive and personal logistics from request through resolution, including urgent international visas and high-priority meetings.
• Maintain visibility across active priorities, anticipate next steps, consolidate decisions, and keep work moving with limited oversight.
• Coordinate candidate, executive, investor, partner, and vendor interactions with precise logistics and thoughtful communication.
• Develop and maintain CEO-to-C-suite relationships through outreach, follow-up, executive-assistant networks, and mutual contacts.
• Establish the CEO office’s operating cadence, including daily priority summaries, weekly relationship reviews, meeting preparation standards, and retrospectives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience supporting senior executives in high-growth technology companies or similarly complex environments.
• Experience as a senior Executive Business Partner.
• Exceptional prioritization, complexity management, precision, judgment, and discretion with sensitive information.
• Experience operating effectively in fast-moving startup or scale-up environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including work with executive leadership, board members, and investors.
• Systems thinking and high emotional intelligence, with the ability to create structure and build trusted relationships.
