Experience Design Lead (AI)

Location: Remote within Colombia

What you will do

• Lead UX strategy and design across complex digital products, platforms, and services.
• Simplify complex user journeys and create intuitive experiences for content-heavy and information-rich environments.
• Translate business, technical, and user requirements into clear, user-centered solutions.
• Develop information architecture, journey maps, and scalable experience frameworks.
• Apply user research, personalization, accessibility, privacy, and design system principles throughout the design process.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Creative, and Business stakeholders, present recommendations, influence alignment, and mentor multidisciplinary teams.

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of experience leading UX for complex digital products, platforms, or services.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX, journey simplification, information architecture, and content-heavy experiences.
• Strong knowledge of UX research, journey mapping, personalization, accessibility, visual design, interaction design, and design systems.
• Experience using AI capabilities, modern interaction patterns, analytics, experimentation, and emerging technologies to improve digital experiences.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Engineering, and Business teams and influencing senior stakeholders through clear storytelling and design rationale.
• Advanced English communication skills, written and verbal, are required. Candidates with an Engineering or related degree must present a professional license where applicable in Colombia.
