TL;DR
Director, VCA, Digital Practice (AI) (Digital Transformation and AI): Leading the development and growth of a regional digital practice covering digital transformation, digital product management, customer experience, technology, and artificial intelligence with an accent on practice strategy, client value creation, and multidisciplinary leadership. Focus on developing AI-enabled offerings, leading executive engagements, scaling methodologies, and building high-performing consulting teams.

Location: Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic; hybrid work with at least 3 days in the office, as confirmed by the Hiring Manager.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and growth of the Digital Practice across the Carcam region.
  • Define practice growth strategies, investment priorities, operating models, and regional capabilities.
  • Lead executive workshops, co-creation sessions, presentations, speaking engagements, and strategic client discussions.
  • Develop and scale digital transformation, digital product management, customer experience, technology, and AI offerings.
  • Manage multidisciplinary teams and strengthen technical, consulting, collaboration, innovation, and delivery capabilities.
  • Drive AI adoption, integrate AI into solutions and client engagements, and share best practices across industries and use cases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Statistics, Applied Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of relevant experience managing AI products or projects.
  • Significant leadership experience in digital transformation, technology, innovation, or product management.
  • Experience developing practices, service lines, offerings, or business units and leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, matrixed organizations.
  • Strong executive-level client relationship, strategic discussion, workshop facilitation, communication, influence, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fully bilingual in English and Spanish.

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
