TL;DR
Director, Affiliate Marketing (iGaming): Leading and expanding affiliate acquisition programs for online casino and sports betting products across regulated jurisdictions with an accent on partner economics, attribution, compliance, and mobile app growth. Focus on optimizing CPA and LTV/ROI, improving deep linking and mobile measurement, launching programs in newly regulated markets, and directing cross-functional teams and strategic partners.
Location: Remote in the USA; nationwide roles are open to eligible candidates in the Continental US or Canada.
Salary: $160,000–$200,000 USD annually.

What you will do
- Develop and execute affiliate marketing strategy across current and future regulated jurisdictions.
- Build relationships with affiliate partners, recruit publishers, and lead affiliate strategy for new market launches.
- Own the affiliate acquisition budget and optimize CPA, revenue-share, and hybrid commission models using LTV and ROI.
- Lead the affiliate technology roadmap and improve tracking, attribution, app installs, deep linking, and app-to-registration conversion.
- Oversee affiliate operations, onboarding, governance, licensing, responsible gaming, compliance, and fraud prevention.
- Manage the Affiliate Manager and Affiliate Network relationship while partnering with Finance, Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance, BI, MarTech, and Engineering.
Requirements
- 10+ years of affiliate marketing experience, preferably in regulated gaming.
- 2+ years of people management experience.
- Experience managing affiliate programs, agencies, or strategic partners.
- Strong understanding of CPA, revenue share, hybrid commissions, LTV, ROI, forecasting, and commercial governance.
- Experience with affiliate platforms such as Income Access, Impact, CJ, Partnerize, or similar tools.
- Ability to work remotely from an eligible location in the Continental US or Canada and travel domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- Experience with a sportsbook or online casino operator.
- Experience with AppsFlyer or other mobile measurement platforms.
- Experience launching affiliate programs in newly regulated markets.
- Knowledge of mobile attribution, deep linking, and app marketing.
- Experience with Sigma, Tableau, or Power BI.
