Senior Game Designer

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end game design process for Talking Tom and Friends IP games.
• Collaborate with product, art, and engineering leads to implement gameplay mechanics, monetization systems, and player progression.
• Maintain creative vision and design quality across multiple projects.
• Analyze gameplay data, player feedback, and market trends to support design decisions.
• Design fun, intuitive, accessible gameplay for mobile platforms.
• Prepare design documentation and pitches for internal stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional experience in game design.
• Experience shipping mobile titles, preferably in casual or hybrid-casual games.
• Hands-on experience with Unity or another game engine.
• Understanding of game design principles, systems thinking, behavioral economics, and player motivations.
• Familiarity with live operations, A/B testing, and game analytics.
• Strong ownership, communication, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Background in UX, product design, or economy design.
