What you will do
- Edit, assemble, and produce 3D, footage-based, and custom instructional videos from storyboards and scripts.
- Create 3D animations, motion graphics, original visual assets, and visual narratives to specification.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, editors, and project leads to translate instructional intent into polished video.
- Integrate narration, on-screen text, and graphics while maintaining brand and quality standards.
- Scope and manage multiple concurrent projects, including level of effort, timelines, sequencing, milestones, and capacity tracking.
- Organize production assets and libraries, maintain version control, and use AI-assisted workflows to improve production efficiency.
Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in 3D video animation, video editing, motion design, or instructional media production.
- Proficiency with Blender, Adobe Premiere, Adobe After Effects, Camtasia, and other 3D animation tools.
- Experience producing 3D graphics, original media assets, animation, and visual narratives to specification.
- Fluent English, written and verbal, sufficient for client-facing narration and on-screen text.
- Familiarity with LMS platforms and strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to use large language models, custom GPTs, or AI workflows to enhance production efficiency.
Nice to have
- Experience in SaaS, restaurant, or technology education contexts.
- Background in instructional design or learning and development.
- Experience mentoring peers in storytelling, visual design, or production processes.
