Strategy & Operations Lead (Quantum Hardware)

Location: New York, NY, United States

Base salary: $160,000–$180,000 per year, plus performance bonuses and equity options.

What you will do

• Lead complex cross-functional projects across engineering, product, and business teams from conception through completion.
• Prepare executive presentations, investment memos, and communications for the Board of Directors, investors, and strategic partners.
• Identify and execute partnerships, develop financial models and business cases, and support due diligence, M&A, and commercial negotiations.
• Conduct market and competitive analysis and help define the long-term strategic roadmap.
• Build scalable internal processes and improve procurement, supply chain, prototyping, and other lab-to-market workflows.
• Coordinate early pilot launches, customer feedback loops, pricing models, unit economics, and sales enablement materials.

Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience at a top-tier management consulting firm with a record of exceptional performance.
• Bachelor’s degree from a leading institution.
• Experience creating executive-level presentations and communications.
• Excellent data visualization, storytelling, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Adaptability, comfort operating in ambiguity, intellectual curiosity, and passion for emerging technologies.
