Delivery Manager (Fintech)

Location: Milan, Italy; hybrid with office attendance 2–3 days per week

What you will do

• Run multiple concurrent partner implementations from scoping and solution alignment through go-live and ongoing operations.
• Troubleshoot technical issues in real time and guide partners through APIs, payment processing, and related operational dependencies.
• Use AI tools to accelerate delivery work and encourage effective adoption across the team.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market to define integration scope and delivery priorities.
• Maintain Klarna’s quality standards throughout implementation and translate partner feedback into improvements for products and integration frameworks.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in technical program or delivery management, partner-led implementations, or complex integration delivery.
• Experience in payments, fintech, or a related industry, managing multi-stakeholder projects with a structured and analytical approach.
• Strong understanding of integrations, APIs, and system architectures sufficient to troubleshoot issues independently.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, shop systems, or payment solutions.
• Ability to communicate clearly with both engineering stakeholders and commercial partners and drive solutions independently.
• Working proficiency in Italian is required.
