Location: Irving, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Up to 10% travel is required. Domestic relocation assistance is available.
Salary: $159,120–$238,680 per year.

What you will do
- Lead the Robotics Planning and Data Pipeline engineering teams across strategy, software development, and lifecycle management.
- Oversee autonomy planning platforms, algorithms, APIs, validation frameworks, and capabilities for autonomous machines.
- Direct scalable robotics data infrastructure, including storage and compute platforms, data management, annotation workflows, MLOps, and automation tools.
- Develop engineering talent, support career growth, and manage performance and continuous improvement.
- Define roadmaps, align priorities across teams, and lead execution through completion.
- Communicate strategy and priorities with engineering managers, senior leadership, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD in robotics, electrical, mechanical, or computer engineering, or computer science.
- Extensive experience leading technical engineering teams.
- Proven experience with product development lifecycle projects and strategic execution.
- Leadership experience in the autonomous systems or robotics industry, with relevant technical domain knowledge.
- Experience managing people, resolving performance and workplace conflict issues, and collaborating across countries and cultures.
- Onsite work in the Irving, Texas office five days per week is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
