What you will do
- Own the end-to-end test automation strategy, including framework design, risk-based coverage, quality gates, and delivery milestones.
- Architect and govern reusable UiPath Test Suite and Test Cloud frameworks using Test Manager, Test Automation activities, Studio, and REFramework.
- Lead the full test lifecycle across a banking delivery engagement, from planning and execution through defect management and technical sign-off.
- Translate banking requirements and process logic into test scenarios, acceptance criteria, traceability matrices, and test data strategies.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, manage escalations and delivery risks, and report quality metrics to stakeholders.
- Mentor and line-manage L1–L3 Testing engineers while coordinating distributed onsite and offshore teams.
Requirements
- 8–12 years of total IT experience, including 3+ years in a technical lead or test automation lead role managing enterprise delivery teams.
- 5+ years of hands-on UiPath experience across Studio, Orchestrator, Test Manager, and Test Automation activities.
- Proven experience designing scalable automation architectures, including REFramework and modular patterns.
- Experience owning timelines, scope, escalations, client satisfaction, and end-to-end quality delivery.
- Strong stakeholder communication and experience working in Agile/Scrum or SAFe programs with business analysts, developers, and SMEs.
- UiPath Certified Professional — Advanced RPA Developer (UiARD) and UiPath Test Automation Specialist certifications.
Nice to have
- Banking domain experience covering payments, account management, lending, general ledger, regulatory reporting, or integrations.
- Exposure to FIS, Jack Henry, Temenos, SAP, Salesforce, or other enterprise platforms.
- Experience integrating UiPath test suites with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines in regulated environments.
- Knowledge of UiPath Solution Architect certification, Autopilot for Testers, AI-assisted test generation, or other UiPath components.
- Familiarity with Selenium, Playwright, Tosca, Tricentis, performance testing tools, cloud platforms, or containerized test execution.
