Senior Manager, Armenia Operations (AI Automation)

Location: Yerevan, Armenia. Working hours: Monday–Friday, flexible within Armenia.

What you will do

• Set the operational vision, strategy, and roadmap for scaling the Armenia site.
• Lead, coach, and develop the operations team while setting priorities and maintaining execution standards.
• Define vendor relationship and operational spend strategies to ensure appropriate site resources.
• Partner with the VP & Regional Managing Director and leaders in HR, Communications, Finance and Accounting, and Business Strategy.
• Identify and champion AI and automation opportunities across site operations.
• Assess and evolve the structure of the operations function as the site grows.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in operations, facilities, or workplace leadership.
• 3+ years of direct experience managing and developing teams.
• Experience leading operations for a large, complex site or organization.
• Strong people leadership, delegation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Ability to set long-term direction while applying sound operational judgment and working autonomously.
• Experience or familiarity with AI and automation tools.
