What you will do
- Manage and coordinate the Consulting & Development Services Business Unit and represent it in corporate and group-level decisions.
- Lead local commercial, legal, operational, and cross-border coordination matters as the liaison between group initiatives and the local unit.
- Drive and monitor the sales pipeline, deliver presales presentations, manage accounts, and develop strategic relationships with clients and prospects.
- Lead negotiations on commercial terms, pricing, partnerships, and contracts.
- Manage consultant operations, resource allocation, recruitment strategy input, annual reviews, training, and skills development.
- Prepare business and cost plans while monitoring turnover, profitability, project performance, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- Understanding of common Back-End, Front-End, DevOps, Cloud, DBA, QA, and Support technology stacks, as well as Project Management, ITIL, and SDLC principles.
- Experience with the local software development services market and technology labor market.
- Strong communication, negotiation, analytical, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
- Fluent English and German are both required.
- Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to changing business needs.
