Anaplan Support Analyst (Fintech)

Location: London or remote within the UK, with at least once-a-week attendance at the London office; hybrid working environment.

Salary: £42,500–£50,000 per year, plus performance-based incentive awards.

What you will do

• Manage, triage, and deliver end-to-end change requests across Anaplan models.
• Support model building, testing, and implementation of new functionality with the Lead Solutions Architect and Model Builders.
• Design and deliver training sessions and documentation for FP&A and Finance Business Partner users.
• Maintain data integrity, manage user access, monitor model performance, and troubleshoot issues.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience supporting and maintaining Anaplan workspaces and models.
• Experience handling change requests, support tickets, and system enhancements within a centre of excellence or support structure.
• Functional understanding of Anaplan model architecture and formula building.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for training non-technical users.
• Foundational understanding of financial modelling, FP&A principles, or finance workflows.
• Familiarity with AI tools and effective prompt writing.

Nice to have

• Anaplan Level 2 Model Builder certification or equivalent.
• Banking or financial services experience.
