Manager (Transfer Pricing Group)

Location: Onsite at the employer's office in Almaty, Esentai Square, Kazakhstan

What you will do

• Conduct functional and economic analyses of intra-group transactions and perform benchmarking studies using specialized transfer pricing databases.
• Prepare transfer pricing documentation, including Local File, Master File, and Country-by-Country elements.
• Develop financial and economic models for transfer pricing calculations and advise on business restructuring and new transaction flows.
• Design and review transfer pricing policies and methodologies, and support clients during tax audits and negotiations with tax authorities.
• Manage project workflows, ensure timely delivery, coordinate junior team members, and review their analytical work.
• Communicate findings and methodologies to clients, support proposals and business development, and contribute to reports, presentations, training, and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• Higher education in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of transfer pricing experience.
• Practical experience with transfer pricing analyses and benchmarking.
• Advanced Excel skills, strong research, analytical, communication, presentation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and coordinate team members.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher, including work with English documentation and client communication.
