Junior Product Manager (Child Safety)

What you will do

• Support long-term product strategies and manage Child Safety products throughout the full lifecycle, from concept creation to market launch.
• Monitor market trends, consumer insights, and competitor activities to support product decisions.
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Coordinate with international Product Management teams and act as an interface for Sales, Marketing, R&D, Quality, and Procurement.
• Organize child fittings, consumer tests, and product evaluations to validate usability, ergonomics, and consumer acceptance.
• Coordinate technical artworks, product materials, and product training content with internal and external partners.

Requirements

• University degree in an engineering-related field, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• First professional experience in Product Management, Product Development, or a related function, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for cross-functional and international teamwork.
• Structured, analytical, and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
• Technical product affinity combined with appreciation for lifestyle, consumer needs, and design.
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a strong advantage. Flexibility and willingness to travel internationally are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with or exposure to electronics-related products and technologies.
• Portfolio or project portfolio demonstrating product development, concept creation, and problem-solving.
