What you will do
- Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of Robotic AI Application Engineers.
- Take full ownership of customer deployments from feasibility assessment to final acceptance.
- Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical projects.
- Define scalable processes, tooling, and quality standards for deployment and configuration.
- Partner with Product Management and R&D to integrate field insights into future product development.
- Manage project prioritization and resource allocation across multiple customer engagements.
Requirements
- Master's or PhD in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, AI, or equivalent experience.
- Several years of hands-on experience deploying robotic or AI-based systems in field environments.
- Proven track record in leading or mentoring technical teams.
- Demonstrated success in managing complex customer projects from planning to go-live.
- Professional proficiency in English is required.
- Confidence in senior-level customer-facing roles and willingness to travel.

- German language skills.
