Senior Optimization and AI Engineer (Python, LLM)

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Optimization and AI Engineer to develop a sophisticated network of autonomous agents for content creation and communication. The successful candidate will lead the design and deployment of scalable agent-based systems capable of inter-agent communication and autonomous coordination.
This role demands deep expertise in Python, multi-agent systems, and large language models (LLMs), with a focus on building collaborative agent networks.
Responsibilities:
• Design and develop autonomous agents for social media content creation and management.
• Architect systems enabling seamless, scalable communication between multiple agents.
• Configure and refine Agents to ensure efficiency and accuracy in real-world applications.
• Design and implement agents that can seamlessly interact and communicate with one another.
• Conduct testing and validation to ensure the performance and reliability of the solutions.
• Document all development processes, solutions, and maintenance activities.
• Continuous improvement of these algorithms
Requirements:
• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
• Proven experience with AI Algorithms - Deep Learning & LLM. – 2+ years
• Strong expertise in Python – 6+ years
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) for developing advanced AI-driven applications, particularly in natural language processing and conversational AI.
• Experience in developing AGENTS that are able to interact and communicate with one another.
• Knowledge of machine learning frameworks and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
• B2 English
