Quality Assurance Trainee Program (QA)

Location: Georgia. Full-time office attendance is mandatory in Tbilisi and Batumi during the laboratory stage; remote participation is available from other cities in Georgia.

What you will do

• Complete a two-month Quality Assurance for Beginners online course conducted in English.
• Work through practical exercises, homework assignments, and a final project presentation.
• Complete a three-month laboratory stage with theoretical and practical training for commercial projects.
• Practice teamwork using the Scrum methodology under the guidance of an experienced Tech Lead.
• Learn key testing tools and development processes through internal and training projects.
• Develop soft skills, presentation skills, and practical English communication.

Requirements

• Intermediate English or higher with verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of software testing.
• Readiness to complete the traineeship at Andersen.
• Full-time availability for five days a week and eight hours a day during the laboratory stage.
• Mandatory office attendance in Tbilisi or Batumi; remote format is available from other cities in Georgia.
