Middle/Senior Product Manager (B2C, iGaming)

We're launching a new iGaming product from scratch and looking for a Product Manager to lead the product decisions along the way. If you know your way around iGaming, love making decisions based on data, and enjoy working as part of a team, keep reading.

What you'll be doing:

• Shape the product strategy and own the backlog
• Analyze user behavior and look for growth opportunities
• Set requirements for the dev team and support feature releases
• Run A/B tests and break down the results
• Work closely with Dev, Design, Analytics, Marketing, and CRM
• Keep an eye on competitors and market trends
• Generate hypotheses for growing conversion, retention, and monetization

Who we're looking for:

• A candidate with 2+ years of Product Manager experience and hands-on iGaming background, especially Sportsbook/Betting
• Comfortable with product analytics (Retention, Conversion, ARPU, LTV, Churn)
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum
• English at Intermediate+ level

Nice to have:

• Experience launching products from scratch
• Knowledge of the LATAM market
• Understanding of product localization
• Experience with CRM, bonus mechanics, and gamification
